Hi, I’m Christy, founder of Amada Development Services and a lifelong advocate for purpose-driven work that creates a healthier, more equitable world. With over 30 years of professional experience—first as an educator and for the past 15 years as a marketing communications and fundraising strategist—I’ve dedicated my career to helping mission-led schools, organizations, and small businesses amplify their voices and deepen their impact.

In 2024, I launched this consulting practice to provide thoughtful, strategic support to businesses and organizations working at the intersection of change and innovation to solve some of the most important environmental, social, and economic challenges of our time. I believe that powerful storytelling, clear messaging, and strong donor engagement can drive meaningful change — not just for today, but for future generations of people, wildlife, and the planet we all share.

When I’m not working, I’m often immersed in history books, writing stage plays, or performing in local community theatre productions. I also enjoy playing chess, hiking, and spending time in nature — a space where I find restoration, clarity, and endless inspiration.
